Give at least three school weeks notice before any recommendation letter deadlines.

Letter of Recommendation Counselor & Teacher Request Form (you can make a copy of this to give to your teachers too)
The counselor form can be used for both your counselor and teacher as this asks for additional information that can be helpful for both.

 Transcript Request Process
Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts from the “Course History” page in Student Vue.
Current Student Transcript Request (current students) email the completed signed form in an attachment (pdf) to Ms. Johnston at or bring form to the Registrar's office.
Alumni Transcript-Diploma Request Form (former students) email the completed signed form in an attachment (pdf) along with a scanned copy of their government issued ID to Ms. Johnston at Click here for the link to pay for the transcript or for replacement diplomas.  Completed forms may also be brought in to the Registrar.
 Work Permits

Completed work permit applications MUST be brought to the school for processing.  Drop off at the Student Services Office.
EGUSD does not allow for the electronic transmission of the completed work permit application
(form B1-1) or completed work permit form (B1-4) via email or other technolgy-based means.
