Transcript & Duplicate Diploma Request Process |
Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts from the “Course History” page in Student Vue.
Current Student Transcript Request (current students) email the completed signed form in an attachment (pdf) to Ms. Johnston at sjohnsto@egusd.net or bring form to the Registrar's office.
Alumni Transcript-Diploma Request Form (former students). Completed forms may be brought in to the Registrar Ms. Johnston in the main office (email sjohnsto@egusd.net) and we can accept cash, money order, or cashier's check. If you would like to pay online with a credit card, you will need to click here, create an account, and select our school to pay. Please see below for specific links and instructions if you are an alumni needing to purchase a transcript or a duplicate diploma.

Completed work permit applications MUST be brought to the school for processing. Drop off at the Student Services Office.
EGUSD does not allow for the electronic transmission of the completed work permit application
(form B1-1) or completed work permit form (B1-4) via email or other technolgy-based means.
