Textbook Return, PE Clothes, and other item PICK UP

We have come to that point in time where we need to collect those items that belong to the school and return those items that belong to our students.  We will be using the very last week of Quarter 4, May 26 - 29 and June 2,  to collect and return those items.  

We will be using a drive thru format very similar to what was utilized for Chromebook distribution, Cap and Gown distribution and Senior Awards pick-up.  Please see the schedule below for instructions on how to complete the Return/Distribution process.   Students will be dropping off their text books, athletic uniforms and band instruments in a drive by format utilizing the student parking lot and bus lane as our collection/distribution route. 

Students can access their library record to see which books they owe through Library Resource on the portal, or go directly to the login in page with follett.egusd.net and select our school.  Students will need to use their student ID and their regular school accounts password.

Franklin High School Collection and Distribution of Materials  

  1. Students need to complete a Google form indicating what they need to pick up/drop off https://forms.gle/Rkam9hy8hn4XNzDF9
  2. See schedule below for student date and time to pick up and drop off materials
  3. Vehicles will enter the student parking lot, similar to Chromebook distribution, students will need to put their name and grade level on a sheet of paper in the right side window of their vehicle
    1. First station = textbook drop off at the multi-purpose room
    2. Second station = PE clothes pick up through the bus lane, behind the gym  
    3. Third station = athletic uniform drop off, through the bus lane, near the pedestrian gate
    4. Fourth station = band instrument drop off, through the bus lane, at the band room
    5. Fifth station = art ONLY (no ceramics) pick up - through the bus lane, behind the Art building
  4. A staff member and/or administrator will be at each station to assist with collection and distribution

  • Tuesday, May 26, 2020- 9th grade students - last name alpha 
    •  A - L from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm 
    •  M - Z from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm 
  • Wednesday, May 27, 2020- 11th grade students  - last name alpha 
    • A - L from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm 
    • M - Z from 2:00 pm -  4:00 pm
  • Thursday, May 28, 2020- 10th grade students  - last name alpha 
    • A - L from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm 
    • M - Z from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
  • Friday, May 29, 2020 any 9th –11th grade student who could not get here earlier in the week  9 am - 12 pm ONLY. 
  • Tuesday, June 2, 2020 12th grade students- - last name alpha 
    • A - L from 9:00 – 12:00 
    • M - Z from 1:00 – 4:00

U.S. Citizenship or DACA Renewal Workshops

The Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services organization is offering workshops during which applicants can receive assistance from an immigration attorney or Department of Justice Accredited Representative for DACA Renewal or Naturalization.
