 Transcript Request Process

Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts from the “Course History” page in Student Vue.   

Alumni Transcript or Replacement Diploma Form
 (former students) email the completed signed form along with a scanned copy of their government issued ID to Ms. Johnston at Click here for the link to pay for the transcript or for replacement diplomas.

  • Completed work permit applications MUST be brought to the school for processing.  Drop off at the Student Services Office.

 EGUSD does not allow for the electronic transmission of the completed work permit application
(form B1-1) or completed work permit form (B1-4) via email or other technolgy-based means.
