Where: Franklin HS, Multi-Purpose Room

This test will help you prepare for both tests, but also will help you identify if you might do better on the ACT or SAT exam. This test is a great opportunity for any current 9th, 10th, or 11th grade student at Franklin.

Deadline to Register: Friday, February 15th

How: Click here to register for the test before space runs out! Cost: $15 (cash or check to Franklin's Concession Stand)

Franklin High School is offering an SAT/ACT Mock Exam for their students - get the experience of both the SAT and the ACT in one test sitting! This 3.5 hour exam offers students the opportunity to take half of an SAT and half of an ACT, with all sections of both tests represented.

The cost of this test is $15 and upon completing registration form you will receive a confirmation email. Please print this and turn it in, along with $15 (cash or check made out to Franklin High School) to the FHS Concession Stand, no later than February 15th. Students must have their printed confirmation form when submitting their payment. NO CONFIRMATION = NO TEST.

Students will self score their tests from their mobile devices following the exam (or have the option to score when they get home from a desk top computer) and receive their results immediately. This report will include detailed graphs and analysis of their performance in each subject and skill category.

We are no longer accepting 2019-2020 AVID applications.

Application status for incoming 9th graders will be posted at Toby Johnson Middle School and students will be notified by email the week of February 25, 2019. Students who attend other schools or are applying for grade levels 10, 11 and 12 will be notified via US mail by April 1, 2019.

Please see below for more information about AVID and thank you for your interest in the AVID program!
