Final Transcipt Requests

Please turn in Final Transcript requests for admissions at four year colleges/universities & NCAA/ NAIA (student athletes) to the Registrar.   Please print clearly in blue or black ink & remember to sign the form.  There is a basket on the table to the right of the Registrar’s office to put them in.  You get 1 free final transcript if order is turned in in May or June.  Extra copies are $2 each.  Final transcripts will be mailed out to colleges mid to late June & there is no electronic option.  Please provide the Admissions address on the form.  Request forms are located next to the Registrar’s door and in the Counseling Office.  You may also order for pick up & these will be ready late, late June.  If you have questions please see the Registrar in the main office.


EGUSD Google Account
 

After students graduate, their EGUSD Google account (including your Google Docs, Drawings, Forms, Slides, Sheets, images, and other file formats) will be deleted. If students want to keep the files they stored in the EGUSD Google Drive, they must download those items to another drive (USB flash drive, external device) or transfer them to their personal Google account.

Be sure to save anything you need by May 31st.

Aggie To Be 2019 June 21-23

Spend an extended weekend at UC Davis learning how you can earn a university degree by transferring from your local community college.

Aggie To Be is a free three-day, two-night workshop for high school seniors planning to attend community college after graduation. During this weekend workshop, you will stay on campus, eat in the dining commons, explore downtown Davis and learn how you can transfer to UC Davis after your second year of community college. Topics will include:

  • Career discovery
  • Academic preparation and planning
  • Transfer requirements
  • Financial literacy
  • One-on-one admission advising

  • Step 1 - Apply 
  • Step 2 - Get Financial Help on FAFSA or CADAA - If you need help with Financial Aid be sure to attend a Financial Aid Friday Workshop at CRC. Click here for more information.

  • Step 4 - Place into Right Classes 
  • Step 5 - Make an Educational Plan
  • Step 6 - Enroll in classes

First Year Experience Program at CRC

If you are planning to attend CRC in the Fall, be sure to check out the First Year Experience. 

What are the benefits of signing up for the First Year Experience?           

  • Access to and assistance with the priority registration process
  • Participation in the two-week Summer Experienc   (August 5th - August 16th, 2019)
    • Highly interactive math and English skill workshops

Community College Applications:
